To use a foam cleanser for hands, you can apply a golf ball-sized amount to your palms, massage it in, and then rinse it off. You can repeat the steps if your hands are very dirty. 

Steps 

1. Apply a golf ball-sized amount of foam to your palms.
2. Massage the foam into your skin until it's no longer visible.
3. Rinse your hands with water.
4. Repeat if your hands are very dirty.

You can also use foaming hand soap refill tablets with a reusable foaming soap dispenser. 

Using foaming hand soap refill tablets 

1. Remove the pump attachment from the bottle.
2. Add one tablet and fill the bottle with warm water.
3. Screw the pump attachment back onto the bottle.
4. Let the tablet fully dissolve.
5. Pump the foam onto your hands.
6. Wash and rinse your hands thoroughly.
